Job summary

Role Expectations
  • Single point of contact for processing POs and Invoices for whole GDEI team
  • Budget and expense tracking for each project and PO
  • Maintain Standard Operating Process and execute that for GDEI and Affinity Groups
  • Gain insight on GDEI/AG expense by looking into each AG related PO
  • Point of Contact for AG members for PO related questions
  • Reduce PO errors and inefficiency.

Basic Qualifications


  • 3+ years of experience in processing POs and Invoices or similar experience in finance or accounting
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Amazon as a supplier - Receiving POs, submitting Invoice
  • Experience as an Staff Accountant, processing Invoices/POs, and analyzing Receivable/Payable/POs
  • Experience with excel
  • Communication skills – Demonstrated ability to communicate PO/Invoice related problems in simple plain stories; ability to present information professionally & concisely with supporting data

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $74,300 - $130,100 and in New York City is $81,700 -$143,100. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
