The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Data Analytics Manager fills a key role in the planning and execution of marketing strategies through the analysis of campaign performance metrics; responses, MQL, and SQO data, along with a deep understanding of account strategies , prospect and customer personas, and key target segments that make up the Marketing Database.

This is a highly collaborative role within the Database Marketing and Campaign Operations (DBCOPS) team to support global demand programs designed to leverage persona and cohort data in order to set KPIs, predict outcomes, execute and measure campaign performance and make running campaign adjustments based on real-time data. While this role manages a lot of data and reports, the focus is on data strategies that create actionable information for Marketing, Sales, and other teams. Technical in nature and skills, this role is best suited for a Marketer that is passionate about leveraging data to drive campaign ROI and other marketing metrics. 

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Campaign Operation and is designated Flex.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analysis of key performance metrics for global marketing teams, programs, campaigns, and tactics
  • Generate weekly reports, scorecards, dashboards, and alerts for Global Demand Center teams
  • Manage and produces actionable marketing-based reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders
  • Drive metric-driven environment
  • Generate predictive models for marketing planning and attribution 
  • Monitor key performance indicators across a variety of subjects watching for changes outside standard benchmarks, responses, leads, lead qualification, opportunities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns 
  • Drive optimization efforts for lead qualification in support of marketing campaigns
  • Work to research and actively develop best practices for reporting and analysis 

Basic qualifications 

  • 8+ years of professional experience with digital marketing data and analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to connect paid media tools, CRM, marketing automation, and social media reporting tools with Google Analytics to gain integrated digital marketing insights
  • Experience with attribution modeling
  • Prior experience in an enterprise B2B marketing environment

Preferred qualifications 

  • Strong data visualization experience
  • Deep experience in data analysis and report generation with  Excel and Tableau
  • Strong technical abilities (SQL, Python, etc.) and experience working with databases
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Expert knowledge in digital metrics, dimensions and KPIs
  • Understanding of the “why” behind the projects is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently, proactively identify potential issues and work towards solutions
  • Results-oriented team player with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, execute tasks efficiently, and be flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, set priorities, and execute on tight deadlines
  • Quick learner and self-starter

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $105,400 - $145,000 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits at https://www.docusign.com/company/benefits.
