The OpportunityTo support our rapid growth plans we’re now looking for a VP AI/ML Product Management to support our amazing team of Snowplowers in guiding & supporting our fully-remote team through the next phase of growth. 
What you'll be doing●Drive business impact. ●Define and deliver the next generation of AI-powered Snowplow products.●Lead from the front. You will be responsible for defining and communicating our product strategy and roadmap.●Prioritize the Customer. You will write product briefs that clearly articulate the customer needs and prioritize the details to build a solution.●You own your numbers. You will define and analyze metrics to understand feature adoption and guide the development of existing and new features●Build, Ship, Learn. You will work with our engineering and design teams through the lifecycle of projects, from solutions mapping to navigating trade-offs during development, ensuring that we learn from every launch.
We'd love to hear from you if●You’ve been here before. You have experience of working in a relevant Leadership position previously, being responsible for multiple or complex projects and teams●You champion a diverse workforce. You have worked with remote teams and are comfortable heading up a geographically distributed team.●You have deep knowledge of AI / ML and first-hand experience working with AI / ML-powered technology products.●Full of Passion. Passion for data and product management.
