The ideal candidate is expected to work closely with multiple leaders across CSPXT and Operations to bring clarity to ambiguous topics and problems. You will need to be able to properly define both the problem and solution to teams.

  • Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implement.
  • Work independently and bring clarity to complex, ambiguous problems.

A day in the life
The role is intended to focus on three complex/ambiguous problems:

1. Creating models and research around key HR topics: workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, retention, development, and compensation.

2. Internal Benchmarking for topics like Job Satisfaction / Retention needs for CS Associates, Team Managers, and PXT roles. Partnering with larger PXT benchmarking team to conduct external benchmarks and across GCF.

3. Digesting/explaining trends and problems related to Talent/DEI needs within CS.
