JUNIOR DATA SCIENTIST (Customer Acquisition)

What will you do

• Extract actionable business insights from data, formulate business solutions based on data to improve the company's revenue.
• Design, develop, and operate machine learning models and rules to find the best potential customers.
• Actively learn about the market, seek out opportunities to innovate the customer acquisition, monitoring, and retention solutions.
• Perform complex activities related to financial products, business analysis, and build dashboards for portfolio monitoring.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, resource consumption.
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

 What you need to have

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 2 to 4 years of professional working experience in applying machine learning solutions to business problems.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen with a strong ability to solve business problems through data-driven quantitative methodologies.
• The ability to communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to research and innovate solutions.
• Experience with Python, database management systems, and SQL.
• Experience with software design and software development.
• Experience in bank-related products such as unsecured personal loans and credit cards is a plus.
