Achievers is looking for a creative and collaborative Data Science Co-Op! During this full-time 12-week internship program, you will be embedded as a full-time member of our Data Science team and paired with a mentor. You will work on real features and build internal tools that inform our decision about how best to serve our 200+ million users worldwide! 
As a Data Science Co-op, you will:  Design and build Data Science solutions for a variety of business problems. Distill insights from complex data, communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Design and analyze experiments that will evaluate new features and inform product direction  Design, build, and share internal reporting for Data Scientists and Product Managers  Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Data Scientists to identify opportunities to improve user experience   Qualifications:   Enrolled in a Data Science or related program. Basic Knowledge of Data Science Modeling approaches, Regression, Classification, NLP, Recommender engines, Deep Learning. Proficient in Data Science packages and tools, Python, R. Proficient with relational databases and SQL for data retrieval.  Strong communication skills, particularly around explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences About Achievers: As Achievers employees, we are passionate about disruptive technology, welcome constant change, and understand the value of employee success in the workplace.
