We are also developing products in insurance, real estate, and more. Our network is fully automated and operating at scale -  with the support of the Pagaya network, our partners have processed millions of applications, with a new application typically analyzed every second.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be part of the Data Engineering group, responsible for all Data infrastructure activities in Pagaya, Working closely with data platform/data infra engineers 
• Full ownership for business monitoring infrastructure including dashboards, alerts, data health reports, data anomalies detection
• Design and implement a generic ingestion infrastructure including ongoing data pipelines operation, data transformations, ad-hoc analysis for data integrity, automation of processes, making sure all group internal customers requirements are met

 Requirements

• SQL proficiency- at least 3 years of experience 
• At least 1 year of experience in Python
• Troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to understand and solve technical challenges in the Data domain including,  performance, monitoring, large complex datasets manipulation
• Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
• Team Player and Customer-driven approach 

Advantages

• Experience with Snowflake or Data Warehouse – a big advantage
• Experience with finance/accounting systems
• Experience in leading internal cross departments initiatives
• Experience developing dashboards and reports
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management or equivalen
