Jam City is looking for passionate, engaged and data driven individuals to join our growing DataScience team as an ML Engineer. Working with our state of the art data infrastructure and diverse teammates, you will be a force multiplier in advancing data science’s impact on the game portfolio and the company at large. 
The ML engineer will provide the crucial step of ensuring data science has scalable, usable workflows. They will institute best practices in pipeline deployment, research and develop advancements in our models, and work with data scientists to improve our models and algorithms. They will work with the data platform team to build out data pipelines with data engineering and maintain the CI/CD of ML models, having ownership of the MLOps pipeline.Our team influences every aspect of our games, from marketing to production and even gameplay. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with data engineers to build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for machine learning.
• Create and own the process for model deployment with robust tracking.
• Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to develop and deliver scalable data science workflows.
• Research new ML technologies to advance the team’s modeling, deployment, testing, and performance evaluation.
• Contribute to the design and integration of machine learning models.
• Create and maintain a robust system for measuring and optimizing the quality of deployed algorithms and models.
• Propose and implement solutions that will help automate the CI/CD process and empower data scientists with a more self-serve process.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years writing machine learning production code. This means you feel comfortable building, deploying, maintaining and monitoring ML solutions in production.
• 2+ years experience deploying and monitoring end-to-end machine learning pipelines. This means you are familiar with best practices in applying DevOps methodology to machine learning and have experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ML use cases, including support for both batch and real-time prediction models.
• Experience with technologies such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, REST APIs, Python, SQL, Databricks.
• A strong understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture.
• A graduate degree in a quantitative field or relevant industry experience.
