Job overview
As a Senior Data Analyst, you explore historical, real-time, and future information to help our Growth Team understand and predict data. You will bring in advanced analysis, modeling, and performance measurement on projects across the agency. Clear on the purpose of data, and how to capture, manipulate, interpret and apply it, you will demonstrate the value and impact of this sophisticated science to determine data behaviors and activities.
You should have the ability to describe, predict and improve business performance, and bridge data and strategy to tell a straightforward and compelling business story.
To excel at this position, you must be incredibly organized, have great listening and writing skills, have exceptional time management skills, be self-motivated, and have superhuman attention to detail. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven working experience in data analysis
• Strong analytics skills to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data
• Basic hands-on level of coding in SQL and Python. Advanced level is nice to have.
• Foundational knowledge in data science modeling techniques such as Linear Regression, Decision trees, etc.
• Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques of data mining, and segmentation.
• Experience in designing and creating reports and data visualization in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau
• Problem-solving skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• You are expected to work full-time (40 hours per week) at $8/hr
• You must not have other jobs or competing priorities
• You will be working night shifts with fixed weekends off
• This is a freelance job; benefits, insurance, and paid time off are not included
• This will be for a long-term engagement/contract
• Permanent work from home set up
