Our team’s mission is to help internal and external stakeholders make better data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Choose and use the appropriate data science methods (e.g. visualizations, dashboards, A/B testing, survival analysis, regression, survey design, machine learning, etc)
  • Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines: work closely with stakeholders to build instrumentation and define data collection and ETL processes
  • Define data models, build actionable KPIs and production-quality dashboards

Requirements:

  • BSc degree in Computer Science / Data Science or relevant (e.g. Physics, EE, MechEng)
  • 2+ years of work experience, not including internships
  • Strong knowledge of Python and software engineering fundamentals
  • Extensive experience of SQL and databases
  • Experience with applied statistics and quantitative modeling (e.g. regression, survival analysis, segmentation, experimentation, and machine learning when needed)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong sense of ownership and growth mindset

Bonus points for one or more of the following:

  • Master’s or PhD degree in science/engineering
  • Deep understanding of advanced SQL techniques
  • Strong expertise with statistical techniques
  • Extensive experience with machine learning
  • Masterful data storytelling and strategic thinking
