Senior Data Analyst - Customer Insights

As a Senior Data Analyst for Customer Insights, you will use data to accelerate PayJoy’s growth by analyzing and developing a narrative from customer feedback that will help our core product users - customers and merchants. You will be directly responsible for owning the measurement of key user satisfaction metrics including NPS and Clerk Satisfaction. You will be partnering closely with Product teams and collaborating cross-regionally to drive actionable business insights. The right candidate will exhibit ownership of the process from end to end; not only measuring what they are told by the business but working collaboratively to develop testable hypotheses that drive rapid scale.  PayJoy is committed to the goal of building a dynamic, diverse team, and strongly encourages applications from women and minorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, measure and report PayJoy’s NPS, clerk satisfaction and top-level user satisfaction metrics
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to develop a narrative around customer issues and requests
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Global Strategic Initiatives to turn data and operational knowledge into actionable and measurable support and product improvements
• Use your unique data-driven perspective to drive new features and enhance the product and service

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience collaborating cross functionally
• Advanced SQL (someone has called you a SQL ninja at some point and you liked that)
• Strong data visualization and communication skills with the ability to synthesize and tailor complex insights to leaders
• Willingness to be deep in the details but able to communicate the big picture to both technical and non-technical teams
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, global startup environment
