This includes creation, management, and ongoing support for growing systems at Jamf. The Data Analyst is an integral member of the Business Intelligence team, providing analytics and visibility for key business functions at Jamf.

The Business Intelligence Data Analyst collaborates with members of the primary business functions to provide key insights, reports, and visibility to the goals of the organization. They work with the leaders of the key business functions to understand data visibility needs and create effective ways to share that data on a regular basis. The Business Intelligence Data Analyst works in conjunction with members of the Business Intelligence team to create, adapt, and grow our access and availability of data based on the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain an understanding of the data visibility needs of the business.
• Collaborate with other Data Analysts and business leaders in multiple business functions to understand visibility/reporting needs.
• Identify and find solutions to provide required visibility for the business.
• Create engaging, accurate, and effective visibility to key business metrics.
• Prioritise efficiency and speed to delivery, iterating on reporting and visibility solutions.
• Ensure accuracy of data reporting and visibility tools.
• Aid in the creation and growth of our data warehouse.
• Understand the data collection needs of the business.
• Collaborate with Data Quality Analyst to provide feedback on datasets and potential inaccuracies.
• Collaborate with members of Business Operations to create new data collection end points.
• Monitor and provide solutions to issues submitted through the Business Operations ticketing system.
• Maintain a high customer satisfaction score on all engagements via tickets.
• Maintain an understanding of the responsibilities of departments within the Business Operations team.
• Participate in all Business Intelligence team meetings
• Perform the role of a Data stewards to improve data health, quality, and governance
• Understand and execute within the data quality metrics set by the Data stewards
• Assist data quality initiatives by creating solutions to enforce data governance policies
• Assist data quality initiatives by automated transformation of errant data
• Maintain an understanding of the data creating business processes
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to create innovative ways to deliver data and insights to internal customers
• Monitor and assist in issue resolution from our service desk.

• Experience in a customer centric environment (Required).
• Synthesising many requests to create a solution that address all needs (Required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or related field (Required).
• A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
• Fluency in English. 
• Strong Communication Skills. 
• Highly Organised and detail-oriented. 
• Creation of data reports and visibility solutions for business functions (Preferred).
• Leveraging visual data analysis tools e.g., Domo, Tableau, etc (Preferred).
• Experience with systems and data analysis (Preferred).
