We have an opportunity for an energetic, motivated, and self-directed Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) System and Data Analyst to join our Raytheon Central EHS team to support our EHS management systems and data analytics across the business.  This position offers the EH&S professional an opportunity to work in a fast-pace collaborative team environment supporting both Domestic and International Raytheon sites with the ability to interact with site EHS teams, EHS leadership, and all levels of management.

What You Will Do

  • Provide Enablon end-user support to Raytheon employees and EHS staff by addressing questions and concerns on a timely basis
  • Work on module enhancement requests in Enablon and test functionality
  • Identify Enablon system bugs and submit and monitor tracks tickets
  • Evaluate the impacts of platform upgrades and modifications to ensure transitions are smooth and their effect on end-users is minimal.
  • Build reports/dashboards within Enablon to support site needs and Raytheon’s dashboard continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain existing reports/dashboards within Enablon to ensure accuracy of data. 
  • Manage data through use of dashboards including Enablon, Power BI, Qlik Sense or other dashboarding systems
  • Provide support and maintenance of Raytheon’s compliance module within Enablon
  • Complete data mapping between systems (requires Excel skills)
  • Create and deliver training to EHS staff on Enablon modules or other applications
  • Prepare Power Point, Excel, Word presentations for Leadership or Operating Review type meetings
  • Assist with analysis of monthly metrics. Build dashboards/reports to efficiently display progress toward Raytheon goals. Communicate progress to diverse internal audiences.
  • Design and implement SharePoint solutions, managing permissions and site collections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Analyze leading and lagging safety performance indicators for trends to drive corrective actions
  • Support projects as necessary, including but not limited to, EHS website and SharePoint maintenance, background research, data/information gathering and review, implementation, and monitoring/reporting of results.
  • Position requires limited travel for participation in company seminars, EHS team meetings, and training opportunities.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, EHS, or other digital technology related field and 2 years of experience in EH&S compliance, Data Management Systems, or related field.
  • Experience implementing and managing data management systems
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Demonstrated prior experience with Enablon, or significant experience with EH&S data management solutions, such as Cority, Gensuite, Velocity EHS, etc. 
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Advanced Excel skills: functions, macros, index match, VLOOKUP, formulas, and slicers. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analyzing and reporting data, as well as experience with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools
  • Demonstrated experience with managing and implementing Microsoft Sharepoint.  Experience with web page design/maintenance a plus
  • Must have effective public speaking skills and able to present/deliver training to large audiences.
  • Project management and execution skills. Be flexible to accept additional assignments

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
