Support Lead, Autonomy Production (Second Shift - Weekend Support)

Meet the team:

Autonomy Production is responsible for the development and management of Argo’s simulation dataset as well as  triaging and reporting on changes in the AVs software. A large quantity of data comes out of the pipelines that make up the Autonomy Production team. This data is provided through reports to the entire company as well as to external partners. We are looking for a motivated Support Lead focused on supporting our team and it’s pipelines.

What you’ll do: 

• Manage a team responsible for working through various projects during core hours of 4PM-12AM EST
• Prioritize the work being performed by your team, monitoring timely completion of tasks, and ensuring the team always has work provided to them 
• Develop metrics and SLAs to gauge performance of the team
• Work closely with Operations Managers and Support Leads to properly train and coach Associates on their respective tasks
• Contribute feedback to processes and policies across Autonomy Production

What you'll need to succeed:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or a related field
• A flexible schedule that includes the ability to primarily cover weekend shifts
• 3-5 years of management experience in a Production or Technical environment
• Detail oriented mindset/good organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team 
• Ability to quickly learn and teach new process in a continuously changing environment
• Capability to handle issues that may arise during time periods of limited support/resources

Nice to haves:

• Degree in Business Management
• Familiarity with self driving, robotics, or adjacent fields
• Six Sigma Certification
