The role will entail working on a variety of client engagements relating to challenges that Capital Markets firms are facing in the current market and regulatory environments.

• You will be providing consulting strategic advisory business analysis and programme project management services to clients supported by early career consultants and analysts and leveraging experienced industry Subject Matter Experts SMEs.
• You will be able to identify and escalate to senior management any relevant risks or concerns related to the performance of a client proposal and recommend actions to enable timely resolution.
• You will contribute to projects bringing your knowledge of the challenges of the post trade capital market ecosystem and the Financial Market Infrastructure and Financial Technology companies that support it People.
• You will manage support and develop consultants on projects and potentially as a line manager
• You will assist in the recruitment of top talent at all levels of the Practice You will support continuous knowledge growth within the Practice and wider Firm through ad hoc and planned training
• You will mentor and serve as a role model demonstrating the qualities of a seasoned expert
• You will engage proactively and in a collaborative fashion with less experienced colleagues
• You will help to promote Quorsus culture by participating in internal efforts around continuous learning personal and professional development and team building Demand
• You will contribute to the broader practice via knowledge sharing supporting marketing and business development efforts including developing relevant documentation for client proposals You will assist the sales team by crafting developing and advising on solution approaches for Practice campaigns and or campaigns that require Practice expertise and input
• You will contribute to the practice sales campaign pipeline and thought leadership in relation to upcoming market driven events About you Experience Experience within the Capital Markets post trade ecosystem

Any direct Consulting experience would be beneficial Knowledge of or interest in several of the following topics:

Strategy Operating Model and Process Design Product Management experience with a demonstrated track record in financial services products Strong knowledge of Trading and Trading systems

Experience using software business analytics tools and reporting
