GTN Master Data Analyst

The Master data Analyst role is responsible for the day-to-day ownership of membership related activities: customer registration, master data maintenance, effectively collaborating with colleagues in remote locations of varying positions within Pfizer. Within that scope of responsibility, the analyst is accountable for proactively identifying and communicating issues determining impact, and proposing resolutions, this role is critical in initiating process improvement recommendations, and proactively addressing and resolving inquiries from internal stakeholders and external customers.

How you will achieve it

  • Manage Membership Work in Process (WIP) lines.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely creation and ongoing maintenance of customer master records maintained in Reltio system.
  • Builds relationships with external & internal customers for ensuring business operational needs are met and exceeded.
  • Handles large volume of membership and eligibility questions.
  • Collaborate with Chargeback analysts to resolve critical outstanding WIP line errors.
  • Provide project research for Memberships.
  • Participate in GTN initiatives as needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and other computer applications.
  • Must maintain a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail.
  • Must be able to organize and process a high volume of transactions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor's degree or career in progress from accredited institution required, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English Candidates will be evaluated for oral and written fluency.
