What you'll do
As a Data and Systems Lead at Sainsbury's, you will play a vital role in managing and optimising data-related systems across the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and security of our data assets, ensuring adherence to best practises and compliance with relevant regulations. In this role, you will lead a team tasked with data governance, data quality management, and data integration initiatives to support our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and data scientists, to identify and prioritise data requirements, design data models, and develop scalable data management strategies. Additionally, you will assess and enhance our data management systems and tools, implement data governance frameworks, and establish data quality standards and processes. Your expertise in data architecture, data governance, and data management will be crucial in driving a data-driven culture and enabling effective decision-making throughout the organisation.

With your ability to navigate complex systems landscapes, you drive the integration and synchronisation of data across various platforms, enabling seamless data flow and empowering stakeholders with reliable insights.
