Marketing Automation Specialist - Data Science - Latam

As a Growth Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing messages using our automation marketing platform and fully leveraging its capabilities. You will be working closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Science as well as other teams who often need to reach out to our users.

Your impact:

• Responsible for email, app and web push notifications execution (more channels to be added), including segmentation, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain our Marketing Automation platform with our Product Squad and assist in the integration of additional channels/features.
• Understand and evaluate campaign metrics while sharing results with relevant stakeholders in coordination with Data Science.
• Optimize campaigns based on success metrics performance, suggesting improvements of all kinds (channel, time to send, content, segmentation, etc)
• Manage Marketing Automation processes and prioritize requests to maintain high levels of delivery and quality standards. 
• Plan and perform A/B testing upon request.
• Support essential growth experiments initiatives helping to improve conversion funnel, product adoption and user lifecycle.

Who you are:

• 3+ proven years of marketing automation experience.
• Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
• Strong working knowledge of CRM and/or Marketing Automation platforms.
• Experience with user segmentation and A/B testing.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal (QA needs).
• Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Passionate for Fintech and commitment to Bitso’s leadership position in the crypto space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language proficiency.
