We are experiencing continued growth and as such we are seeking a Generative AI Engineer.  You will play a crucial role in building and developing our AI controllers. This includes creating templates and reusable template elements, as well as understanding at a technical level how to use various AI tools to get outstanding results, and even help develop nodes and provide technical requirements for such nodes, to enable increasingly advanced AI capabilities inside the templates on our system.

What’s Grip?

Grip supports brands to cope with the fast-accelerating challenge of the exponential grow and need for content. Grip is web-based software that automatically generates visual content. It’s based on photorealistic 3D, capitalizing on INDG’s twenty-year-long experience in that field. 3D is good because once your beer or your juicer or your rocket is on Grip, it can be used and re-used for multiple media: images, videos, iOS apps, and such.

Requirements

What you will be doing?

  • Creating AI templates using Grip’s technologies
  • Configuring reusable template elements, called AI Controllers in several tools, most notably in ComfyUI
  • Using various image manipulation tools (both AI and traditional) to create the elements needed for controlling the AI (depth-maps, retouched elements, segmenters, refiners, various models and LoRas)
  • Support on and managing the training of customized models and LoRas
  • Ensure AI is used in a controlled way to generate high visual quality final usable outputs for our clients

Would be nice if you have:

  • Excellent understanding of current state of the art of (generative) AI.
  • Demonstrated experience in controlling AI models: If you can make nice images with a good prompt that’s nice, but we want people that understand how that prompt is clip-encoded, provides constraints on latent-space, how you can control multiple constraints within the same latent-space, how the decoding process works, how segments and refiners can take a good generated result and turn it into something great.
  • Solid experience in ComfyUI, Python, PyTorch, etc.
  • Bonus if you worked with Photoshop, 3DSMax or Blender.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing.

What we offer

This is a remote friendly role. Most of us work from Amsterdam or Bucharest, and if you’re close to any of the two, we’re more than happy to welcome you in our offices. Working at INDG Grip means you’ll be supported with flexible working agreements, an annual L&D budget, mental health and gym benefits, paid annual leave and the right IT equipment for the job. For those working from our office, we offer a well-equipped kitchen with snacks, fruits, lunch, and creative workspaces.
