Paymerang is looking for a Client Data Analyst to join our growing team! This role is integral to ensuring that our Client Success team runs smoothly and is successful in supporting clients implementing our Invoice Automation (IA) product. You will partner with clients, third-party contractors, ERP technical support personnel, and Paymerang internal teams to deliver data file integrations during the implementation process including their transmission and translation between the client’s ERP/Accounting software and Paymerang Systems. This position reports to the VP, Client Success.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching ERP/Accounting systems to determine their functionality for data exchange related to invoice information including information gathering, contact research and other technical support needs working directly with ERP/Accounting software personnel and/or third-party contractors
  • Managing all aspects of Data file integration and ETL support of Invoice Automation Implementations to include light technical development work
  • Maintain a catalog of solutions by ERP/Accounting system to guide future implementations
  • Prepare training material for new clients on interface solution between IA and ERP/Accounting system
  • Additional technical implementation tasks as needed
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in office administration, business, or related field preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfort operating with tight deadlines and schedules
  • Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
