Marketing Specialist (Marketing Data Analyst)

The Job in short

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Growth Marketing Team. As Marketing Data Analyst you are the driving force of marketing data optimisation and analytics. You provide actionable insights that enable the marketing team to set the right strategy and increase the impact of marketing.
You play a pivotal role in unifying all marketing and sales data sources. You standardize marketing reporting with an emphasis on demonstrating the impact and return of marketing investments. You combine and analyse data from multiple marketing platforms, maintain the connections and oversee data quality.

●Bring our marketing reporting capabilities to the next level, in line with today’s best-practice suited for Enterprise SaaS companies;
●Empower global and regional marketing teams to analyze marketing performance and demonstrate revenue contribution;
●Design, build and maintain standardized reports across our MarTech stack; ●Salesforce,, Marketo, 6Sense, Groove and the major Performance Marketing platforms LinkedIn, Adwords;
●Perform maintenance to ensure data quality and cross-platform connections are up-to-date;
●Be the owner and innovator of our BI Tooling;
●Monitor KPI’s in close collaboration with Digital Marketing, Campaign Managers and regional Field Marketing.

How about you

●You have 2 years experience in Marketing Data Analytics with demonstrable experience in identifying stories from data and analyzing multiple datasets;
●You are proficient in BI Tooling, preferably Tableau;
●Fully proficient in Excel;
●Experience with marketing analytics in the B2B Enterprise SaaS space is a big plus;
●You are proficient in the use of Google Analytics and the reporting capabilities of Salesforce, Marketo and the major Ad Platforms;
●You are a creative problem solver;
●You are entrepreneurial and thrive in a high-paced environment;
●You are a team player and build strong relationships.
