As a conversational AI company, we have an amazing set of data, combined with powerful hardware and tools to develop industry leading solutions. We collect millions of interactions from phone calls, chats, and emails each day, amounting to billions of words. With our amazing research team, we have developed a collection of machine learning models that works with transcribed text. With your help, we are looking to scale these models and deploy on hundreds of client’s data. Some of our clients include Fortune 500 companies, and our vision is to deliver a solution that’s insightful, reliable, and fast. As a member of the AI modeling team, the primary role is bringing our models to reality, which drive product and organizational improvement in the real-world using AI.
We are looking for a person who enjoys finding the most efficient usage of resource to run the greatest number of ML solutions. If you have a deep desire to help a company to build the most state-of-the-art ML solutions, we are the right place. The ability to learn from failure is a must, since we are constantly testing the most advanced solutions out there.
Requirements
Our team works on conversational AI, the cutting edge of NLP. Key responsibilities include:
- Work on data and business problems to drive improved business results through designing, building, and partnering to implement and deploy models.
- Use best practices to design prediction model frameworks that ingest data, run prediction models, and monitor model performance over time.
- Research language and tools from the latest industrial and academic sources that can improve efficiency or introduce new product to our clients.
- Collaborate with team members in research and other departments to improve the effectiveness of business decisions using data and machine learning/predictive modeling.
Qualifications: Overall, we are looking for a candidate with experience moving ML & AI models to production software, with a background in written NLP.
- Two or more years of experience in deploying ML solutions for software products that moved through the product pipeline.
- Experience with model deployment and upscaling using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Coding fundamentals and background in python.
- Working knowledge of Ubuntu OS that’s related to model deployment using GPUs.
- Proficient in version control tools like Git or TFS.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong desire to learn and grow in knowledge and expertise.
- Two or more years of experience working with written text and NLP approaches.
- Experience with new and traditional machine learning APIs and computational packages and tools (e.g. HuggingFace, TensorFlow, Keras, Torch, Scikit-Learn, Spacy, NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, AWS/Azure)
- Experience with relational database such as Microsoft SQL
- Experience in using statistical modeling and/or machine learning techniques to build models that were used in a production environment.
- Knowledge of advanced modeling techniques such as neural networks.
