Aeva is looking to add an intern this summer to work in our growing Photonics division!

What you'll do:

  • Study available options for machine vision solution for automated alignment of semiconductor die
  • Determine best software option for machine vision application (write in house vs. purchase commercial package)
  • Configure and optimize commercial software packages to enable machine vision solutions or write custom code

What you'll have:

  • Python or other software development experience
  • Working on BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optical Science, or related technical discipline.
  • Good understanding of automated control of lab instruments/vision systems
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate in an engineering environment
