Your Role:

Faraday Future Cloud team is searching for data engineering interns to join our cloud team in San Jose or LA office. We are seeking students interested in data and cloud software engineering for 2022 Internship. The candidate would be working as part of cloud team. The program runs 12 weeks with the opportunity to start in late May or early June. We require a commitment of 2.5 to 3 months.

Faraday Future is rapidly building a Silicon Valley-based team; a separate office in Los Angeles has also opened. With this expansion, Faraday Future is pursuing a strategy in which Silicon Valley, Los Angeles and Beijing are the connective threads among the global centers of applications, innovation and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of time series vehicle signals and evaluate the neural network-based anomaly detection system
  • Design, build data models to support structured and unstructured
    data
  • Design and build data pipelines to process large volumes of data
  • Develop APIs for access to data
  • Build Business Intelligence interfaces to interact with data

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/MS/PhD Student in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience of working with data analytics applications.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience using Python and relevant machine-learning libraries (pandas, numpy).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on processing variety of data sources:
    • Structured
    • Unstructured
    • Semi-Structured in cloud-based infrastructure and data services.
