As Cohesity continues to grow, we are focused on using data to make thoughtful and strategic decisions that help us to improve the way we hire and the experience of our candidates and hiring teams alike. As part of the Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations team, you will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership globally, and internal business stakeholders to ensure the foundational infrastructure of Cohesity’s recruitment data analytics practices are predictable, efficient, and scalable. We are looking for someone that can help us build our strategy for benchmarking, analytics and metrics and lay the foundation for how we look at data to grow our business. This person will be able to tell the recruiting story from req creation to hire and help us to identify areas of improvement in speed, experience and overall process improvement.

The ideal candidate is always exploring ways to improve the experience of others and is inspired by the pursuit of operational excellence and shared successes. Examples of projects that this individual might be responsible for include looking for ways to improve candidate experience by analyzing our process and our NPS scores, creating a robust and consistent data ecosystem, identifying leading indicators to help us better communicate with the business, identifying data integrity concerns and evaluating recruiter productivity to help us understand our team’s optimum workload for optimum performance.

You Will

  • Manage Recruiting Analytics in partnership with the People Analytics team
  • Refine data collection methodology and reporting framework for a set of Global Recruiting Metrics
  • Design and build Global Recruiting Dashboards (Tableau) for a variety of stakeholders including individual recruiters, recruiting leadership, hiring managers and functions
  • Build and analyze recruiting pipeline to identify areas of improvement and opportunity
  • Build data visualizations, presentations and training materials
  • Partners with vendors to deepen data tracking and collection capabilities
  • Research and design new data analysis methodologies for initiatives around candidate experience, quality of hire, diversity sourcing, and tools & systems
  • Drive adoption of recruiting analytics throughout the recruiting team and organization
  • Develop and execute training on new projects and program updates
  • Create reports for the recruiting team and stakeholders (i.e. HRBPs, FP&A, business leaders, etc.)
  • Partner to configure ATS and other recruiting tools to optimize data collection and reporting
  • Assess talent market availability and make recommendations to develop our recruiting strategy

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 5+ years experience in Recruiting, Recruiting Operations and/or People Analyst roles
  • Proven track record of delivering results with complete ownership of work and outputs, and finding ways to work through barriers
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically deliver concrete results under ambiguity, have a critical eye for detail, and have high expectations and standards
  • Ability to use data to drive actionable insights
  • Technical experience with dashboard design and data viz tools, including Tableau
  • SQL proficient
  • Ability to get to the heart of the need as well as go beyond the requirements to present a complete picture of the landscape
  • Comfortable both creating ad-hoc reports as well as setting and monitoring KPIs 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and “tell the story” with data
  • Skilled at building and analyzing predictive models and communicating the levers we need to pull to change our anticipated outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with and interpreting data (e.g. gSheets, Tableau)
  • Ability to translate conceptual thinking into thoughtful action by focusing on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment
  • Communicate technical content to general audiences 
  • Change management skills - understanding of the sensitivity of change and able to influence those around you to buy into changes in processes
  • Experience applying project management fundamentals and operational rigor to move ideas to production
  • You have a strong knowledge of (and willingness to learn about) the Recruiting Technology vendor landscape; ideally having experience using Greenhouse, CodeSignal, Starred, Prelude, Workday HRIS/HCM, Asana, among others
  • You have proven experience managing the full lifecycle of technology projects, including problem identification, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
