As our first Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Business Operations team, reporting to the Director, Business Operations. You will be responsible for working across teams within Stavvy to build and publish reports that provide actionable insights, identify trends, and enable data-based decision making.

What You'll Do

• Understand and prioritize business reporting needs
• Define metrics to ensure the organization is all working from the same context when viewing data
• Work closely with the data engineer to increase and ensure data-integrity
• Work across departments to understand data sources, identify integration & automation opportunities, and create comprehensive dashboards

Who You Are

• 5+ years experience in Data Analytics
• Have strong mathematical skills to organize and analyze data
• Experience at organizing & modeling large data sets
• Data segmentation and modeling
• Skilled at identifying trends & provide insights to the business
• Experience in Excel, Looker, SQL and Python
• Enjoys working in fast-paced environments
• Experience working cross-functionally to gather reporting requirements
