Roles & Responsibilities 

1. Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
2. Responsible for tracking key metrics that affect 

• Customer Experience 
• Operations Demand and Supply Metrics 
• Feature Specific Product Metrics 

1. Setting up of analytics reports
2. Data Visualization & Analysis

Skills & Qualifications 

1. Advanced MS Excel 
2. Knowledge of SQL 
3. Python scripting experience
4. Keen eye for numbers and analytical thinking
5. Good communication 
6. Enthusiastic, driven and passionate about solving problems.
