You will be part of the Customer Data team. Customers are at the core of what we do. The team aims at helping multiple customer facing and customer experience teams in building a successful customer journey.
As a Lead Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building, sharing and embodying the Customer centric vision within both the business and the data community.
You will join a team of talented data analysts and engineers, and you will be the Team Lead of the customer analytics stream (managing 1 analyst as of today).

As a Lead Customer Data Analyst, you will be responsible for building, sharing and embodying the Customer centric vision within both the business and the data community.
You will join a team of talented data analysts and engineers, and you will be the Team Lead of the customer analytics stream (managing 1 analyst as of today).
Your mission @Aircall:
- Grow the customer analytics team: you will be in charge of hiring new (awesome) talents
- Collaborate transversally with leaders of customer facing teams globally - EMEA, NA & APAC (Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Support, Customer Experience) in order to create and prioritize impactful projects in a roadmap
- Make sure the customer analytics team is working on valuable projects (churn and retention analyses, use case modeling...) and impact our customer centricity
- Manage the data model and transformation layers that are helping us understand our customers
- Structure the team processes, leverage self-service analytics and a community of data champions to better serve business leaders
- Collaborate with the data engineers to ensure best practices adoption in the analyses & data architecture to constantly improve the data stack and analysts’ productivity
- Participate to the development of our data-driven culture
A little more about you:
- 4+ years of analytical work experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst, Scientist…), ideally in a scale-up environment
- Experience in mentoring and managing data analysts. You enjoy helping people achieve their goals
- Strong SQL experience, comfortable using Python for data analysis and BI tools such as Looker
- Data-driven, structured and solution oriented. You know how to make decisions and justify them
- Great interpersonal skills, autonomy in stakeholder management
- Fluent in English
