FullStory’s People Ops team is seeking our first data analyst— the individual who will take some of our most powerful talent data and leverage it to influence and inspire action throughout the company.

You’ll take in, analyze, and share talent data with stakeholders around the company so we can improve the FullStorian experience. Reporting to our Head of Compensation & Total Rewards, you’ll join a warm, high-energy team of “People people” who love supporting FullStorians to do their best work and build thrilling careers.

Day-to-day you’ll:

  • Analyze data coming out of people processes such as engagement surveys, compensation cycles, performance ratings and share the insights with executives, managers and employees throughout FullStory.
  • Support People Ops team members in telling stories with the data and visualizing data and helping FullStory managers to understand how to make data-driven talent decisions.
  • Lead reporting and KPI tracking for our DEIB efforts and compensation committee board decks.
  • Run market data for compensation and model budgets and forecasts for compensation and total rewards.
  • Partner with HR Operations to implement Workday (e.g., advice on data practices and cleanliness; building reports that feed dashboards).

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 2+ years of experience as an analyst in consulting, FP&A, or a similar role where you routinely analyze large data sets (>1000 rows) and build presentation slides to communicate insights
  • Has experience presenting to senior managers and large audiences on a frequent basis (at least monthly)
  • Has experience analyzing high-stakes, confidential data sets (e.g., finance, HR, medical)

It would be amazing if:

  • You have experience with people data (e.g., compensation, DEIB data, performance and promotion data, skills inventories)
  • You are a self-starter who can work independently
  • You are curious about how data can help solve problems
