Data Analyst - Supply Chain Integration

Wayfair is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, and innovative professional to join our Supply Chain Integration (SCI) Team. The SCI Team is responsible for scoping, developing and implementing large scale projects and initiatives within the integration space, working closely with product and engineering teams, as well as providing integration advice and consultancy to our suppliers and vendors.

In order to maintain our high level of delivery standards and meet our customer’s needs, the EU Operations Service Team plays a key role in improving customer satisfaction and driving repeat business. What you’ll do

• Outreach and assist in resolving data exchange issues with Wayfair partners across Europe and Asia.
• Identify, scope and implement projects and initiatives related to improving product availability.
• Analyse data to perform root cause analyses and develop lasting solutions for complex operational problems leveraging SQL, advanced excel, and other tools for data collection and analysis.
• Work cross functionally with all business stakeholders (logistics, customer service, supplier performance etc.) and partner closely to drive and coordinate cross functional projects.
• Become a subject matter expert in the area of Supply Chain, resolving issues where possible and troubleshooting and redirecting queries to the correct area of the business.
• Drive KPIs related to Supply Chain Integration and Supplier Operations.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures

What you’ll need

• Degree in Information Systems, Business Studies or Supply Chain preferably
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English.
• Comfortable with data analytics, including SQL, Google Suite and Excel
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to “hit the ground running” (a self-starter)
• Creative thinking and constant desire to make processes better
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; willingness to get into the details.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
