Sr Functional Data Architect

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead data management and analysis for ChargePoint Business process in Salesforce.com & NetSuite and for external product partnership
• Understand how data integrations impact ChargePoint business systems and document processes
• Document reporting requirements and dashboard development in Tableau
• Continuously striving for clean data, process, reporting, and system improvements
• Collaborate with business to document the data definitions, business rules, and data flow
• Responsible to drive migration activities: cleansing, mapping fields to other objects or systems, data load requests from sales operations/sales teams, and documentation
• Advise business on options, risks, and any impacts related to data conversion
• Perform as a Data Project Manager responsibility for several data & analytics projects concurrently

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong knowledge of Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and business systems
• Hands-on experience with developing dashboard reports using visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• Experience working with Data Warehouse(s) preferably AWS RedShift for developing dashboard reports
• Proven record managing data cleansing and quality
• Experience with defining data mappings, interfaces and detailed technical plan including data formats, data extraction, data cleansing, and data migration from source systems to target systems
• Understanding of data validation, reconciliation & cutover activities
• Perform as a project manager for several concurrent data projects and hold accountability
• Perform and maintain data quality on ERP and CRM systems that provide better business and financial reporting accuracy

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working as Data Analyst / Product Manager, experience supporting Sales Operations is highly desired
• 8+ years of hands-on experience developing dashboards on industry standard data visualization tool like Tableau / MicroStrategy / PowerBI
• 5+ years of project management
• Experience working with Data Warehouse(s), Amazon Redshift experience will be a big plus
• Well versed in SQL skills, comfortable writing complex joins and queries to consolidate data
• Sound understanding of CRM and ERP functionality related to Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunity management & their related data objects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding on data structure and data integrity issues
