Our Software business
Our software solutions connect businesses and consumers, powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.
We deliver a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders to drive efficiencies, speed up the transaction while reducing risk, improve end-customer experiences, stay ahead of regulatory changes and unlock new areas for business growth.

You are adept at building relationships across an organisation (Engineers, Product teams, Marketing etc.) and are respected for your clear insights and decision making skills and are effectively able to inform and influence others
- Experience of Management formally or informally, including goal-setting, peer reviews and coaching skills. You are adept at prioritising both for yourself and others, and enabling other stakeholders to sense-check and influence those priorities

- Proficiency with Tableau or other data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Experience using Python, APIs or other tools to automate and clean up fragrented data sets is a plus - as is experience with A/B testing
