What You'll DoSourcing for a data engineer with data science and SQL experience to work with customers reviewing their Tableau dashboards to improve overall processing performance. Work with database engineers to conduct analysis on data and to construct logic that can be used to identify business intelligence questions. Collaborate with developers to transition customers' data-joining logic with Tableau. Prepare Desktop to a more efficient calculated view within the HANA database. Search for data discrepancies within calculated views in development and provide logic updates to improve data quality. .

Required Qualifications

• 
  
• Six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. 
• Four (4) years of experience in data engineering and technical data analysis. 
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline. 
• Four (4) years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Desired Qualifications

• Python, HANA and Tableau experience.

Required Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with an appropriate agency Polygraph is requiredU.S. Citizenship is required
