With decades of experience in retail and building marketplaces, in 2019 the Ankorstore founding team knew it was time to create a global wholesale solution to swing the balance in favor of independents and return them to their rightful place – at the centre of their communities.
Just two short years later, we’ve grown to a team of over 650 employees operating across seven offices worldwide, and we’ll grow even more in 2022. After fundraising in January 2022, taking our total funding to €365 million, Ankorstore is thrilled to have achieved “unicorn” status in just two years.

About the role:
You will be part of the growing Offer Strategy team, working to solve the most exciting and important issues facing the business.
If you are customer-obsessed,, data oriented with a strong business sense, and like to use your creativity in a fast-growing start-up, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Your role will include the following: :
- Structure customer analytics vision and understanding by conducting surveys and interviews and analyzing results Understand, sort and filter from the multiple data-sources Ankorstore has access to present findings to key stakeholders
- Communicate research findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management
- Use these findings to work with the rest of of the offer team to inform decisions aimed at improving marketing and offer strategy
- Measure impact of changes in value proposition and offers on customers perception and behaviors
- Help develop customer centricity at Ankorstore by continuously sharing key market & customers insights
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in consumer research or insight or data-driven consulting firm
- A solid grasp of the full spectrum of mixed method consumer research, both quantitative and qualitative
- Demonstrable expertise with quantitative methods (including advanced analytics and statistical models - SQL)
- Able to think strategically, identifying the “so what” in the data and communicating it impactfully
- Pragmatic, flexible and able to work in a fast-moving environment
- You are a team player - you always demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and want to work in a team
- You are fluent in English
