Lead Data Analyst

The team
Data sits at the heart of how we make decisions here at Printify. Our Data Analytics team interfaces with the different Product and business squads from Supply, Demand, Growth, Marketing and Operations. These teams rely heavily on data-backed insights and dashboards to make informed decisions, develop strategies and processes and solve problems.

The role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Team Lead, Data Analytics to join our efforts in taking over the print-on-demand industry. You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and hypotheses into analyses and insights and help drive decision-making with product managers and functional managers 
• Build data insights dashboards and set up automated analytical reports
• Work closely with data platform and BI team to implement best practices
• Functionally lead and manage 3-4 data analysts embedded in different teams
• Participate in the hiring process to bring the best data analytics talent to Printify
• Performance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts 

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics working with Growth/Marketing/Product teams
• 1+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
• Strong written & verbal English communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results
• Track record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and Python/R for data analysis
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, PowerBI, etc. 
• Experience with A/B testing, correlation analysis. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with statistical modeling techniques to carry out linear and logistic regression and clustering techniques
• Experience with Machine learning models and predictive analytics 
• Previous experience in a product company or a marketplace in a fast-growth environment is a plus
