About the job

The Services Operations team is responsible for the systems and processes supporting the post-sales teams at Twilio. This includes Customer Support, Professional Services & Customer Success. This role will focus on supporting these organizations with dashboards, reporting, and adhoc analysis. This is a great role for someone looking to further develop their career in a fast pace, high growth company. Twilio is looking for a person who lives the Twilio Magic and has a demonstrated track record of managing, analyzing and automating large data sets. 


In this role, you’ll be:

  • Producing, and analyzing reports to help drive Services organizations to meet their goals and objectives
  • Building and developing dashboards for forecasts and actual results for bookings, revenue, utilization, and resource management
  • Analyzing various data sources to provide business insights and solve complex problems 
  • Using analytical expertise and business experience to provide recommendations for process improvements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in business analytics, statistics, or finance
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce reporting systems (Einstein, Gainsight, and Cloud Coach)
  • Working experience with Looker, Tableau, and Presto 
  • Ability to manipulate large data sets with high dimensionality and complexity
  • Fluency in SQL, and one coding language (Python, R, Java etc.)
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to shift directions quickly when priorities change, think through problems to come up with innovative solutions and deliver against very tight deadlines



  • Working experience with SFDC, Looker, Tableau, and Presto preferred
  • Ability and desire to pick up new technologies in a rapidly changing environment 
  • Exceptional business judgment
  • Track record of executing with high attention to detail and commitment to quality in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Experience working closely with business leaders and ability to communicate across the org chart



This role will be based in Bengaluru, India.
