This role is dynamic, fast-paced, highly collaborative, and covers a broad range of strategic topics that are critical to our Go-To-Market team.
About the GTM Operations team:
GTM Operations at Algolia consists of Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Partner Operations. We own all systems, processes, and data that enables our cross-functional teams to be productive and successful.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
- Understand Algolia’s business, identify strategic insights, inform leadership, and recommend execution plans against analytical insights
- Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to set strategy and priorities for projects
- Create a roadmap to help meet Algolia’s business objectives
- Foster a data driven culture by elevating metrics reporting and understanding
- Establish trust within and across teams by creating accountability and a positive work environment in partnership with other leaders in the organization
- Build account scoring
- Deliver hands on for highly visible ad hoc projects and requests
YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 7 years professional experience, including 3+ years of data science & analytics experience, preferably in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on experience in statistics, machine learning languages (e.g., Python and R) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Ability to build compelling presentations from data that summarizes complicated data and insights.
- Experience with Agile development. Experience with Jira a plus.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or related analytical field of study or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-200M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
