Senior AI Product Manager

As an AI Product Manager you will:

• Manage the risk and compliance product roadmap, providing visibility to senior leadership. 
• Introduce and support for new product features.
• Optimize and automate existing payment decisioning flows. 
• Orchestrate API integrations between third-party tools and native tools and databases.
• Work closely with the Data Science and Research teams to achieve decision accuracy, coverage and user experience
  

What we’d love to see

• 4+ years of experience leading and designing strategic, cross-company products. 
• 1+ year/s of experience managing a product that utilizes machine learning models - must.
• Experience in the payment industry/financial institutions - advantage.
• Passion for solving complex issues and understanding how great products work in the payments industry.
• “Why” is your keyword, you love to figure out why things happen, constantly challenging the status quo.
• A storyteller who can articulate problems into stories that people want to care about. And you can write it all down clearly so that R&D can get on the same page.
• Understanding that products tell stories and that every word/interaction matters.
• Reading data like a book. You can understand and communicate impact in numbers and graphs. 
• Driving collaboration across multiple disciplines - Data Science, Risk, Data, and Payments. You help give everyone a voice, you’re the conductor, not the lead singer. Softly leading without forced authority is key.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
• Fluent in English with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Experience working with remote teams.
