About the Senior Data Analyst, B2B at Headspace Health:
Headspace is a leading organization that brings mindfulness to all members across the globe. We are seeking a senior B2B analyst who will be based in Los Angeles, to dedicate to growing Headspace on the enterprise markets. This role will be providing analytics guidance in supporting the explosive growth of B2B markets domestically and internationally. Short-term focus will be operation performance tracking, capacity planning, engagement trend analysis. Long term strategic projects will include developing recommendations on expansion portfolio strategy, pricing, customer segmentation, and investment prioritization.
Location: This role is open to remote employees in select US states: California, Florida, Georgia, Maryland + Washington DC, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

• Apply a practical understanding of b2b metrics, and expertise in Tableau and Salesforce to help B2B teams understand business performance trends, capacity throughput rate, underlying drivers, and key opportunity areas to deploy experiment for optimization
• Partner with cross functional business stakeholders to define data and analytics needs, collate and prioritize these requirements with products, data engineers, engineers, and business intelligence
• Collaborate with product managers to design and analyze experiments, including hypothesis formulation, power and significance tests, and post-experiment analysis
• Leverage strong analytical and presentation skills to generate and socialize actionable insights with business leaders 

What you’ve accomplished:

• 3+ years of practical experience with Salesforce/SQL/Tableau/Microsoft Office Suite
• 3+ years of experience with creating, executing, and analyzing AB testings and hypothesis development
• 2+ years of experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
• 2+ years of experience of lead gen optimization, portfolio/market management, high-touch marketing tactics, and enterprise pricing analyses
