We at Cloud Telephony team* are on a mission to enable AI-powered communication solutions for consumers and businesses through the Truecaller platform. The team will focus on creating cutting-edge cloud telephony solutions for consumers. The features the team will develop will affect the experience of hundreds of millions of users around the world directly, and will improve their daily interaction with their phone.

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will help the Cloud Telephony unit in improving processes, products, services and software through data analysis. You will straddle the line between IT and the business to help bridge the gap and improve efficiency. You will work with global telecommunication providers and support the global expansion of Truecaller’s offerings.

What do we expect from you 

• You are a strategic thinker with business savvy; you can break complex problems into smaller ones, are able to navigate ambiguity and bring structure when needed
• You have the passion and curiosity to develop a strong understanding of our business, with a strong appetite for growth and a can-do attitude 
• You have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and to produce quality work in short time frames
• You have well-developed project management skills: strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create order out of chaos
• You have a generalist skill set that is equally comfortable analyzing data, coordinating global teams, and producing compelling reports 
• You are experienced in data analysis, Excel and Powerpoint and have the ability to build concise and illustrative presentations
• You have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
• You are genuine and confident, and have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• You enjoy working in a dynamic, constantly-changing, international environment

What will you work on 

• Support the Business Unit lead on the development and implementation of the Cloud Telephony global expansion efforts and initiatives
• Collect and analyze the data needed to support the global expansion decision-making
• Collaborate on content development (presentations, reports, memos) and preparation for key forums to support the team’s decision-making 
• Assist in, and eventually independently manage the design and implementation of special projects and initiatives; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Proactively identify and solve operational problems by developing and driving processes that build efficiency, remove obstacles and improve ways of working across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across the company; establish, maintain and coordinate initiatives across the organization

It would be great if you also have

• A degree in business, economics, or a related field, Master’s preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in an international environment
• Experience within the telephony or VOIP industry or a similar project management role in a high-growth organization in the telecommunication industry would be highly meriting
