Data Engineer

 

 Responsibilities

• Build business dashboards that enable cross functional teams to accurately measure and track their success.
• Perform data analysis and provide insight to engineering and business teams that influences their decision making.
• Build engineering pipeline to automate the data extraction and reporting process.
• Use NLP tools to perform analysis on our unique conversation dataset; the end result will be an input to our business decision making.

Technologies currently in use include Segment, Fivetran, MongoDB, dbt, BigQuery, BigQueryML, Airflow, DataFlow/Apache Beam, KubeFlow, and Looker.

Qualifications

• Coding and scripting experience with Python & SQL
• Proficiency in Big Data Environments
• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and building data transformation pipelines
• Nice to have: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS or Azure
