Hinge Health is building a digital MSK clinic and is looking for experienced developers to expand its computer vision offerings. You will be building a system that uses computer vision to analyze patient movement to help diagnose, treat and prevent MSK conditions. 
The ideal candidate will be experienced with working in compiled languages, have some exposure to machine learning, and is comfortable learning new things. They will be comfortable with all stages of product development including design, research, implementation, optimization, testing and deployment. The ideal candidate will also have opinions about technology and implementation, and use them to guide the team to produce better outputs.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

• Implement state of the art computer vision and deep learning algorithms in C++
• Participate in code reviews and make suggestions on how to improve software quality
• Release, maintain and improve software products
• Contribute to the development of deep learning model training pipelines
• Participate in standups, scrums, and planning sessions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Modern C++ experience: developing software using the latest language features (C++17/20), tools, patterns and libraries
• Quick learner: be able to pick up new skills and knowledge outside of your comfort zone
• Process-oriented: keen eye for formalizing ad hoc processes and offering solutions to streamline them
• Leadership: track record of ownership for team-scale execution and technical excellence

BONUS POINTS

• Exposure to computer vision and deep learning
• Comfortable working with mathematical concepts like linear algebra, statistics and geometry
• Experience with other compiled languages like Rust, Swift and Go
• Experience with cross platform development targeting Linux, iOS and Android
• Experience working on large Python projects
