Join us in:

• Providing web and in-person product overview and demonstrations of SparkCognition’s software products and solutions to potential customers and partners.
• Completing technical sections of proposals and RFPs.
• Engaging with product management to stay current on product roadmap and deeper technical aspects of the products.
• Developing technical content to share across the broader team and help marketing and sales message the solution capabilities to technical audiences.
• Following up with customer technical points of contacts to answer outstanding questions and exceed customer expectations.
• Conducting product training for key prospects or pilot customers.
• Technically validating and mapping customer business requirements to the suite of SparkCognition solutions taking into account available data and IT infrastructure.
• Guiding and executing on technical pre-sales customer engagements using a combination of SparkCognition products and open source data science technologies to analyze and model customer data.

You’ll have:

• 2+ years of experience in data science and advanced data analytics.
• An understanding of Machine Learning and statistical concepts with project-related experience coding in Python Jupyter Notebooks and using open-source languages, frameworks, and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Sci-kit Learn.
• The ability to communicate the technical and business values of software solutions effectively to all prospective stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and across functional departments and interface frequently with account executives, engineering, services, subject matter experts, technical sellers, legal, customer success, marketing, and product management.
• The ability to travel 20% or as business needs require.
