As a marketplace business, Wonolo has two sides – demand, which acquires and grows companies needing workers (“Requestors”), and supply, which acquires and grows workers needing jobs (“Wonoloers”).  
We are looking for a Senior Demand Analyst who will play a key role in a variety of business analyses. In this role, you will leverage Wonolo’s proprietary data to better understand the impact of strategic business initiatives and build pricing and other financial models. This role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate dashboards and reporting for customer-facing teams. This is a cross-functional role and you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with analysts on our Business Analytics team and work with stakeholders across business and tech teams at Wonolo.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze the impact of strategic demand-centric programs at Wonolo and give recommendations based on your findings
  • Build and maintain dashboards to identify and monitor business performance
  • Assist in dashboard and report creation for customer-facing teams
  • Work with stakeholders in developing and evaluating new pricing models
  • Collaborate with revenue planning and demand teams to establish monthly goals and targets
  • Create and analyze survey data to inform business decisions and use this qualitative data alongside quantitative data to show a complete story

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, pricing analyst or other analytical role
  • Experience working with data visualization software (ex. Looker, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in SQL and able to write custom queries
  • Experience in examining business problems using data to better understand the issue
  • Experience pulling, analyzing, and drawing meaningful conclusions from large amounts of data
  • Experience giving recommendations based on findings in data analysis
  • Experience presenting findings to a variety of technical and business audiences
  • Experience working with various stakeholders and collaborating cross functionally
  • You demonstrate a substantial commitment to advancing representation and inclusion
