Solutions & GTM Data Analyst

As a Solutions and GTM Data Analyst you will play two critical roles in assisting the Go to Market team win new business. The first component will be to investigate and evaluate our existing data to craft and support value selling narratives to our prospective merchants. Once they decide to buy, you will work diligently to convert their data into a consumable format for our machine learning models to ingest, ensuring you prove yourself right! This role reports directly to the Value Engineering and Proposal Manager and roles into the larger Customer Onboarding team. 

Activities and Responsibilities:

• Work with the go to market team on specific deals to provide quantitative evidence for the narrative they are conveying in a business case, RFP, or other customer facing presentation
• Interpret our data to provide compelling industry insights or benchmarks to our merchants to help quantify the value impact Signifyd will have on their organization
• Work with the account team and prospective customers to collect and compile historical data sets for pilot engagements
• Take large, unique and unwieldy data sets and transform them into a format that can be ingested by our models
• Evaluate the results of our models during pilot engagements, to provide our prospective customers new insights and expected outcomes of our platform

Requirements for position:

• Open to new graduates
• 0-3 years of experience in an analytical role (quantitative responsibilities, business intelligence, or sales operations etc.) or in a coding role
• Demonstrated proficiency building reports (Looker/Tableau or equivalent)
• Academic or professional experience with Python
• Academic or professional experience with SQL or other database query languages
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized (time tracking, juggling multiple tasks, etc.)
• Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Background in eCommerce, financial/payment systems, fraud mitigation is a plus

(Colorado only*) Minimum salary of $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
