About Gtmhub

At Gtmhub, we believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment where there is consistent alignment between mission and activity; where transparency breeds trust; where accountability reigns; and where focus results in positive outcomes. That's why we have built the world’s best business orchestration platform, powered by the proven OKR methodology, so our clients (and we!) can achieve the missions that matter.

We are honored to support over 500,000 users across 75 countries and 1,000+ organizations including Red Hat, Adobe, Societe Generale, and TomTom. We've raised over $160 million in funding, including our most recent Series C led by Index Ventures, and our global team is growing fast.

The Role

Gtmhub's ARI team (Analytics, Research, and Insights) enables the business to make more informed—and less risky—business decisions. We do this by representing the voice of the customer—both internal and external—and acting as the single source of truth for customer, business, and market data.

At Gtmhub, insights matter. Our team works across the entire business supporting Product, Sales, Marketing, Innovation, and the leadership team.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help refine and improve our Qualitative, Quantitative, Predictive and Machine Learning modeling. Help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data, and help us make smarter decisions to deliver even better products. You will help analyze data to uncover customer behaviors that drive towards success, expenses or increased engagement. Your work will play a major role in defining and driving who we are and what we do today—and who we are and what we do tomorrow.

The Details

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will:

  • Mesmerize audiences with your data visualization skills;
  • Analyze open text data using Natural Language Processing (NLP) to perform K-means, segmentation, cohorts, and suggestive objectives;
  • Maintain day-to-day data aggregation responsibilities and the integrity of the data;
  • Continually evaluate, report on, and direct improvement of analysis and models;
  • Exceptional technical writing skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way;
  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with machine learning and AI (is a plus);
  • Familiarity with data management tools;
  • Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Independently manage day-to-day activities and complex situations;
  • Development and execution of new and highly complex algorithms, machine learning, and statistical predictive models to evaluate potential future outcomes across multiple business units;
  • Build correlation models (and mapping MECE trees) between input/output metrics and business outcomes, designing experiments (when appropriate), measuring new feature adoption and user behaviors, driving quantitative investigations (key driver analysis, feature modeling), and modeling our impact;
  • Identify patterns in data. This includes having a keen sense of pattern detection and anomaly detection.
  • Write computer programs and analyze large datasets to uncover answers to complex problems. Data scientists need to be comfortable writing code working in a variety of languages such as R, Python, and Stata.

  • Understand the importance of reproducibility and modeling
  • Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and data stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both in-person and via remote technology;
