We’re on a mission to breathe life into software by giving it action taking abilities. We are leveraging recent advances in generative models, reinforcement learning and symbolic AI, to give software the ability to action complex goals. We envision a world in which software applications become their own autonomous agents, trading information, value and decisions with their users and with each other.

We are building a category defining autonomous agent architecture that’s designed from the ground up for complex, high sensitivity, context dependent enterprise software use cases.

Our team is comprised of industry veterans in applied machine learning research and data platforms, who are former leaders and founders from Meta, Monzo and QuantumBlack, amongst others.

About the Role

As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the development and scaling of our AI products, going all the way from data ingestion to building human-centered AI automation front-end interfaces. If you have a strong bias to action, thrive on ambiguity and desire to own problems end-to-end, we’d love to hear from you.

Things you can work on

• Build highly engaging automation interfaces with a frictionless human-in-the-loop experience.

• Builds APIs for extending Occam’s resource catalogue of tools and datasets.

• Implement pipelines for processing and constructing datasets and tools.

• Optimize our API for speed, scale and extensibility.

Things we look for

• Evidence of exceptional ability.

• Strong command of frontend frameworks such as React.

• Experience building scalable data applications and APIs with Python.

• Experience building fast-changing enterprise software in a high-growth environment.

• Experience with Generative AI applications, Retrieval Augmented Generation and AI agents.

Compensation

• Salary: $100-150K

• Equity: 0.25-1%
