Position Overview

As a Product Analyst on the 6RS Data Insights Team, you will have the opportunity to work with the immense amount of data collected by our end-to-end 6RS warehouse automation system. We are looking for Product Analysts who can derive value from this data and provide insights and work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to find ways to increase the overall performance of our 6RS system. Our team’s mission is to help internal and external stakeholders make better data-informed decisions.

Key Activities

• Partner closely with product, engineering and other business leaders to influence product and program decisions with data.
• Build tools and automated reports that analyze the system in order to provide insights to stakeholder and decision-makers.
• Work closely with product managers to identify and prioritize new features and products and quantify their impact.
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines: work closely with stakeholders to build instrumentation, define data collection and implement ETL processes.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the product. Develop SQL to transform raw data into data models and build production level data visualizations.

Position Requirements

• You have a strong knowledge of SQL and understand how to work with and organize large amounts of data.
• You have demonstrated the ability to translate analytical insights into clear recommendations and effectively communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You are interested in learning more about our product and the industry and want to use data to influence roadmaps and business decisions.
• You have a passion for using data visualizations to tell stories and deliver insights.
• You are familiar with Python and have a desire to learn more.
• You are confident in owning projects from concept to production, including proposal, discussion and execution.
• You are excited about working in a rapidly changing environment with fluid priorities.
