  • Analyze various project-level data to come up with solutions for improving educator's performance.
  • Analyze operational & business-level data to assist the team in making business decisions.
  • Utilize the data to solve business issues.
  • Identify and interpret patterns and trends in data sets.
  • Regularly optimize various business processes to improve inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages.
  • Knowledge of statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
