We are seeking an experienced Principal HR Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to join our People Technology & Analytics team. This role will be responsible for leading and executing complex reporting initiatives and Google Looker dashboard development within the HR department. This role will play a crucial part in providing valuable insights through data analysis, facilitating process improvements, and creating user-friendly visualizations to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HR data reporting utilizing advanced business and data analysis techniques, including Workday and ServiceNow data, and combine with additional data sources for complex reporting projects..
Manage strategic reporting projects such as evaluating all existing Workday reports to reduce the volume where applicable and create more self service options.
Elicit requirements from stakeholders and ensure sign-off on deliverables.
Conduct process modeling and identify opportunities for improvement within HR data management and reporting processes.
Develop visual wireframes and prototypes to illustrate reporting concepts and designs.
Utilize subject matter expertise in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, VBA, power query, conditional formatting, and data validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, manage escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide training and support to HR team members on reporting tools and techniques.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years of working experience in data analytics and reporting utilizing Workday Report Writer, Workday discovery boards, ServiceNow and other various data sources.
Proven experience in business and data analysis, with a focus on HR data.
Demonstrated track record of dealing with very sensitive data, and exercising proven judgment and discretion.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas.
Experience with complex reporting tools such as Google Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of process modeling and improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in building Google Looker dashboards is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems) or applicable work experience.

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,750.00 - $188,750.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
